17年诺贝尔经济学奖得主已经揭晓，结果是有点意外，美国芝加哥大学的经济学家理查德·塞勒获奖，而在之前大家认为最有可能得此殊荣的名单中并没有他。其实，人家的实力是完全配得上这个奖项的。理查德·塞勒作为行为金融学奠基者之一，行为金融领域著名学者，毕生精力都在追求人的行为是如何影响个人及市场的研究，其著名理论 “心理账户”、“有限理性”、“双曲贴现”等受到经济学家、金融研究者的再次热议。值得一提的是，塞勒并不是唯一获得诺贝尔经济学奖的行为经济学家，据统计，约占6%的诺贝尔经济学奖中的经济学家都是行为经济学家。行为经济学在西方主流经济学中不是新学，只不过，自1950年代至1990年代，它沉寂了几十年，是心理学与经济分析相结合的产物，也属于实用经济学的范畴。
