• 山鼎设计是一家能够开展全程设计业务的“海归”设计公司。 1999 年，山鼎设计（ Cendes Design Studio ）成立于新加坡。次年，在成都成立了在中国的第一个办公室。 2005 年，山鼎设计获得了中国建设部批准的建筑甲级设计资质。
  
  

• 山鼎设计秉承 “ 设计改变未来 ” 的设计理念，不断增强专业设计水平，提升技术创新和项目服务能力，持续地推动绿色低碳建筑的研究和 BIM 技术的应用。它 努力地践行自己的使命：“持之以恒地提升人居环境、改善建筑品质、塑造可持续发展的社会生态”。 山鼎设计先后在成都、北京、广州等地设立了办公室，并在中国及世界各地设立了多个合作设计工作室，将业务触角延伸到东南亚及其他海外地区。
  

• Cendes is one of the few overseas architectural firms to practice in China. Cendes Design Studio was founded in Singapore in 1999. The following year, it opened its first office in Chengdu, China. In 2005, Cendes received Class-A Architectural Design License issued by Ministry of Construction of China.
  
  
• Sinceits establishment, Cendes adhering to the design concept of "Design Changes the Future", constantly enhance design professionalism, improve the technical innovation and project service ability. Cendes strives to fulfill its mission to continuously improve the living environment and the quality of construction, and shape the social ecology of sustainable development. Cendes  opened Chengdu， Beijing and Guangzhou offices, and many collaboration design studios all over the world. The Cendes projects has been successfully extended to Southeast Asia countries and other oversea regions.
  
  

• 中交国际中心荣获2020-2021年度国家优质工程奖，美国LEED金级预认证，2015年第三届BIM设计大赛民用建筑组一等奖。西藏自然科学博物馆荣获2017-2018中国建筑学会科技进步奖二等奖，“英国绿色建筑评估标准（BREEAM)"等级三星认证。成都锦江城市运动公园和嘉里建设沈阳综合发展分别荣获第七届REARD全球设计大奖-佳作奖和评委会荣誉奖。

Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the entire project design process, including conceptual design, detailed design, on-site services, etc.
2. Overall control of project quality, progress, manpower allocation, and efficiency.
3. Efficiently communicate design concepts and implement projects with clients.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture.
2. More than 8 years of work experience in a leading architectural firm.
3. Excellent team management skills, good at communication and team collaboration.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and rigorous design attitude.
5. Candidates with overseas study experience are preferred.
