ARCHITECT, 1 person

Fuksas Shenzhen Office is seeking one Architect to work on our projects all over Asia. He / She will mainly work on architectural design work at all stages of various projects from concept to construction. The responsibility of this position includes participating in the development of design concepts, production of booklets, production of technical drawings and presentation documents, etc., and organizing teams/groups to complete phased design tasks. This position reports directly to the project leader.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in architecture (Master's Degree preferred);

2. At least 4 years of working experience in a well-known architectural firm, and have been deeply involved in all stages of complex architectural projects from concept to construction;

3. Have long-term plans for architectural career development, and have long-term motivation to learn architectural professional and management knowledge;

4. Work efficiently and methodically, with outstanding time management and design delivery capabilities;

5. Communicate efficiently, be able to express design ideas clearly, and complete phased design tasks independently or by leading multiple team member;

6. Proficient in CAD, Rhino & GH, Adobe Creative Suite;

Fuksas Shenzhen Office is seeking architecture interns to join our ongoing projects (including office, cultural and commercial buildings, and some other international competitions). The position is a paid internship, full-time, for a minimum of four months. Allowance: RMB 4000—5000 per month.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in architecture (Master's Degree preferred);
2. Proactive with communication and team skills, self-motivated with organizational skills;
3. Proficient in Adobe Suite, Rhino, AutoCAD. Grasshopper is a plus;

Fuksas Shenzhen Office is seeking a social media operations and business specialist, this position will be involved in Fuksas' media communication and business development in China, will follow up and disseminate the status of Fuksas' global projects. The work includes contacting Fuksas offices across the world, sorting out periodic media and business documents, contacting with external media and publicity channels, etc. Suitable for those with long-term career development plans in business and media of architectural field.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update project status and media materials of all offices;

2. Maintain and update company portfolio, promotional documents, etc.;

3. Engage with media, lectures, exhibitions and publication requests, etc.;

4. Media content, presentations (copywriting, pictures, multimedia) and other content production;

5. Award application;

6. Check competition/bidding information, participate in the production of bidding commercial documents, etc.;

7. Business reception, meeting arrangements, etc.

Qualifications:

1. At least one year of work experience in related field;

2. Be organized, able to complete specific tasks independently, pay attention to details and have long-term plans for career development;

3. Degree in architecture/urban planning, design, communications/marketing or related field;
