亚洲基础设施投资银行（Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank ，缩写：
AIIB）简称亚投行
，是向亚洲各国家和地区政府提供资金以支持
基础设施建设
之区域多边开发机构，总部设在中国北京，是首个由中国倡议设立的多边金融机构。
成立宗旨在促进亚洲区域内的互联互通建设和
经济一体化
进程，并加强中华人民共和国及其他亚洲国家和地区的合作。
截至2019年7月13日，亚投行有100个成员国。
成功的申请者必须具有出色的学术记录和专业资格，并具有较强的沟通，分析，组织和人际交往能力。
该计划向任何国籍的候选人开放。
1、教育：
成功的候选人必须从国际认可的机构注册计划重返学校的硕士或博士学位的全日制研究生学习课程。
在与AIIB的机构目标相一致的领域内攻读学位的候选人是首选。
2、经验：
不需要相关的专业工作经验（包括暑期工作和实习），但会有所帮助。
3、沟通：
流利的英语口语和书面能力。
4、AIIB就业限制政策：
工作人员的伴侣或直系亲属无资格申请AIIB实习计划。
成功的候选人不得在其实习期间以及紧接其届满日期的一年内被任命为AIIB的合同或全职同等职位。
1、2020年亚投行实习计划的招聘工作会在1月进行 ；
2、实习生的津贴为60美元/天；
3、如果适用，签证申请费可以由亚投行承担。
对于在北京以外地区的实习生，亚投行提供经济舱往返北京的机票。
机票应通过银行的旅行承包商购买。

Intern - Client Relations and Programming Unit Region 2
岗位职责：
1.Conduct research and analysis on country strategies and policies.
2.Liaise with other departments to gather and share information.
3.Support the CRP team in preparing country briefs.
4.Work as a team player and support the team and team management in achieving their targets and objectives.
任职要求：
1.MBA/Master’s degree candidate preferably in international relations, business administration or finance.
2.Understanding of key analytical tools and ability to develop business plans.
3.Experience in business development and stakeholder management would be an advantage.
4.Work experience in a multicultural environment.
5.Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
6.Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of a foreign language would be an advantage.

1.Support AIIB’s project due diligence and approval processes, with emphasis on ensuring key economic, financial, technical and legal issues are considered and mitigants incorporated in the financing structure and legal documentation.
2.Analyze financial statements and assist project team leaders in structuring transactions.
3.Work as a team player and support the team and team management in achieving their targets and objectives.
任职要求：
1.MBA/Master’s degree candidate in preferably business administration or finance.
2.Experience in structuring comprehensive solutions across financial products using debt, private equity and funds and/or capital market instruments.
3.Strong financial, analytical and modeling skills.
4.Strong credit skills would be an advantage.
5.Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
6.Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of a local language would be an advantage.

3.Knowledge of infrastructure finance would be an advantage.
