各位外贸小伙伴们，是不是准备开启春节假期了？想必很多人已经开始筹划这个年假了，做攻略、订酒店、旅游、度假……想想就开心！
但别忘了，外贸人不是一般人！外贸人的金主爸爸们大多数都是不过春节的，为了避免他们在你跟家人团聚、跟朋友喝酒侃大山的时候跟你say hello，年前的准备工作一定要做好。
外贸人把年前这些工作做好，过年才尽兴，年后回来才能不丢单、无后顾之忧的尽情接单！
一、为什么需要提前告知客户放假通知？
尽管距离春节还有接近2周时间，但工厂出货日期，货代放假日期及客户的采购计划，我们都需要提前告知，让客户清楚，提前做好准备。客户仅仅只知道春节，但不知道我们具体的放假时间，而且有一些新客户，对中国节假日并不清楚，所以，我们有必要提前与客户沟通，告知相关情况，给客户留下一个好印象。
二、具体需要怎么做呢？
1.给客户发邮件通知
一般来说，我们发电子邮件给我们合作过的客户，我们只需要通知公司假期的时间就可以，而不需要太多礼貌的话。
特别要注意的是对于正在跟进的客户：
A、要在放假前告知客户合作进度，让客户有个心理准备；
B、告知客户紧急联系方式，如遇节假日紧急情况，可随时联系；
C、事先准备好一些跟进的资料，假期间或许可以派上用场。

3.做好年前收尾工作
工作尽快结束，不能完成的要做好记录。这么长的假期，如果没有记录，你就不会记得你当时做了什么，从而失去了你所有的努力！
