1、National Bureau of Statistics of the People's Republic of China (NBS) released data showing that in March, manufacturing PMI was 51.8, up 0.2 percentage points year-on-year, rising for two consecutive months; non-manufacturing PMI was 55.1, up 0.9 percentage points year-on-year, rose to a new high in nearly three years. Zhang Liqun, a researcher at Development Research Center (DRC) of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, said that, following February, the PMI index continued to rise slightly in March indicating that China's economic stabilization has been initially established.
统计局公布数据显示，3月，制造业PMI51.8，环比上升0.2个百分点，连续两个月上升；非制造业PMI55.1，环比上升0.9个百分点，升至近三年高点。国务院发展研究中心研究员张立群表示，继2月份后，3月份PMI指数继续小幅回升表明中国经济企稳向好的运行态势已经初步确立。
2、China Securities Journal online news, Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China said that next step in the "standardization" construction of trade logistics, starting from the application of standard pallets, the pallet standardization will be fully implemented, while the conversion of non-standard pallets will be accelerated. 3、State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) news, as of the end of 2016, the balance of China's full aperture foreign debt was $1.4207 trillion, increased by $37.7 billion compared with the end of 2015, a growth rate of 2.7%. At the end of 2016, China's Liability Ratio was 13%, the Foreign Debt Ratio was 65%, the debt servicing ratio was 6%. The ratio of foreign debt to foreign exchange reserves was 29% in the short-term. All the indexes were within the internationally recognized safety line. The risk of China’s foreign debt is overall controllable.
外管局消息，截至2016年末，我国全口径外债余额为14207亿美元，较2015年末增加377亿美元，增幅为2.7%。2016年末我国负债率为13%，债务率为65%，偿债率为6%，短期外债和外汇储备比为29%，各指标均在国际公认的安全线以内，我国外债风险总体可控。
4、China Securities Journal online news, the much concerned soybean meal option contract was listed in DALIAN COMMODITY EXCHANGE, marking the first commodity option in China officially set sail. Vice Chairman of CHINA SECURITIES REGULATORY COMMISSION (CSRC), Fang Xinghai, said that after the successful listing and smooth running of the soybean meal options and sugar options, CSRC will support and encourage more options to be listed based on the needs of the real economy.

7、China Business Network Co., Ltd. news, SHANGHAI STOCK EXCHANGE (SSE) announced that they are preparing for the optimization of the repurchase interest rate calculation, proposing to change the method of repurchase interest rate calculation from the nominal number of days to the actual number of occupied days. At present, the relevant technical preparations are ready, it is expected to begin in May. Overall, the SSE repo rate is at a reasonable level.

8、Xinhua News Agency reported, State Council of the People's Republic of China issued "the program of comprehensively deepening the reform and opening up of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ)". The "program" clarifies that Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone needs to strengthen the reform system integration, construct an integrated reform pilot zone of opening and innovation; to strengthen the convergence with international prevailing rules, establish a risk stress test area for the open economy system.
新华社消息，国务院印发《全面深化中国（上海）自由贸易试验区改革开放方案》。《方案》明确，上海自贸试验区要加强改革系统集成，建设开放和创新融为一体的综合改革试验区；要加强同国际通行规则相衔接，建立开放型经济体系的风险压力测试区。

By connecting the prescriptions with outside channels and opening co-ordination reimbursement rights, consumers can easily complete the purchase of medicine and health insurance overall reimbursement in pharmacies, forcing the hospital to open outpatient drug market, and progressively realize the "separation of clinic from pharmacy".
