your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- contribute to company branding by using various online tools to establish and enhance positive company image and ratings
- utilize social media and professional networking sites to source candidates
- develop and manage recruitment channels and source mapping
- identify, screen and interview qualified online esl teachers
- liaison with teacher trainers for onboarding training and induction
- review, reformat and execute recruitment plans according to business model
- provide engagement and service programs to enhance teacher experience retention
- upgrade contracts and systems for legality and operation effectiveness
your skills, education and experience
you have/are:
- bachelor degree or above in education background
- 3-5 years’ work experience in elt, or marketingor academic branding related area
- knowledge in statistics and data analysis
- native speakers of english or overseas postgraduate chinese preferred, with both strong western and chinese culture awareness
- smart with internet technology and experienced with online operations
- proficient computer skills and sharp sense in applying advanced technology into online recruitment
