Responsibilities
1、Sales Performance
2、To achieve or exceed individual sales plan by utilizing strategic selling skills to assist customers with purchases.
3、Respond to all client inquiries in an appropriate and timely manner.
4、Customer Communication and Development
5、To build new and existing customers by employing client development outreach and follow-up,as well as provide outstanding service with all customer interactions.
6、Handle after-sales service and customer complaints in a professional manner
System Administration
1、Enter and maintain Client Data in client database
2、Proficient use of local applications
3、Perform stock taking and inventory counts
4、Cross-Functional Collaboration
5、Support management and branch by working as a team to maximize overall sales potential
6、Participate as appropriate in branch implementation of corporate initiatives
Qualifications
1、Have previous retail or luxury retail experience or relevant customer related experience more than three years.
2、Proven track record in achieving sales results.
3、Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
4、Strong communication skills, customer service skills and the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks is required.
5、Ability to work with a diverse client base. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
6、A high school and above degree is must.
