Responsibilities

职责描述

1)  Responsible for target industry business development in Greater China.

负责大中华区目标行业业务拓展。

2)  Provide pneumatics solution and the related training to customers.

为客户提供气动解决方案并提供相关的培训。

3)  Increase Aventics market share in OEM customers and achieve the annual sales target.

增加OEM客户安沃驰（原博世力士乐）气动产品的销售份额。完成公司给予的年度行业销售指标。

4)  Communicate and cooperate with global sector development team.

与全球行业发展团队同事沟通，协调解决销售过程中的问题，如技术方案，价格等。

Requirements

录用条件

1)  Bachelor degree or above. Major in Mechanical or Automation, basic pneumatics and electronics background are required.

本科或以上学历，机械或自动化专业，拥有基础气动及电子技术背景。

2)  More than 3 years experience of business development and management in Commercial Vehicle / Rail / Life Science / Food & Beverage or other related industries.

商用卡车/轨道交通/生命科学/食品包装等相关行业3年以上行业业务发展及管理经验。

3)  Familiar with pneumatic products and technology.

非常熟悉气动产品和技术。

4)  Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, strong team spirit.

具备团队工作精神，良好的沟通和人际交往能力。

5)  Flexible with frequent domestic business trip.

能够适应经常性全国出差。

Requirements

录用条件

1)  Bachelor degree or above. Major in Mechanical or Automation, basic pneumatics and electronics background are required.

本科及以上学历。机械或自动化专业。拥有基础气动及电子技术背景。

2)  More than 3 years working experience. Good sales skills of developing new customers. Experience in selling pneumatics or related products is preferred.

3年以上工作经验，具备开发新客户的销售技巧，有气动相关产品销售经验者优先。

3)  Strong motivation and high flexibility, capable of achieving or exceeding the sales target.

具有强大的动力和高度灵活性，以完成并超过公司给予的销售指标。

4)  Strong team spirit.

强烈的团队工作精神。

5)  Customer-oriented.

以客户为导向。

6)  Flexible with frequent domestic business trip.

能够适应经常性国内出差。

Requirements

录用条件

1） College degree or above. Major in mechanical manufacturing or related.

大专及以上学历，机械制造相关专业。

2） More than 2 years working experience of assembly fixture design in machining industry.

2年以上在机加工行业从事装配工装夹具设计经验。

3） Manage standard working time and process flow. Strong knowledge of SAP system is preferred.

工艺流程以及标准工时的录入与维护，熟悉SAP系统者优先。

4） Skilled with ProE, Creo and AutoCAD.

熟练使用ProE, Creo, AutoCAD。

5） Strong knowledge of ISO9001/TS16949 and lean production is preferred.

熟悉ISO9001/TS16949, 精益生产优先考虑。

6） Basic English skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing).

基本的英语听说读写能力。

7） Good communication skills, strong team spirit and responsible attitudes.

具有良好的沟通表达能力、团队合作精神及认真负责的态度。

Requirements

录用条件

1） College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or automation.

大专及以上学历，机械工程或自动化专业。

2） More than 5 years working experience in mechanical design and maintenance, strong knowledge of PLC & PC control system is preferred.

5年以上制造业设备机械设计和维护经验，熟悉PLC & PC等控制系统更佳。

3） Solid drawing skills (Auto-CAD, Pro/E, etc.).

扎实的三维绘图能力(Auto-CAD, Pro/E等)。

4） Good communication and English expression skills and quick on uptake.

良好的沟通及英语表达能力，较强的理解能力。

5） Familiar with MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

熟练使用MS office软件。

6） Good team-work ability.

良好的团队合作能力。
