A: Hi! This is my first time preparing a meeting agenda. Could you please check it for me?

A: 嗨！这是我第一次准备会议议程。你能帮我看一下吗？

B: Sure! Let me go over the agenda.You have mentioned the note-taker and the attendees. I think you should includethe facilitator as well.

B:当然了！让我看看这个议程。你提到了会议记录员和参会者。我觉得现场负责协调的人也应该写进去。

A: What do you mean by facilitator?

A: 协调人是什么？

B: The facilitator means the chairman of the meeting.

B: 协调人就是指会议主席。

A: Ok. I'll put it on the agenda.

A: 好的，我会加到议程当中。

B: The next part is the purpose. Thepurpose of this meeting is to review the marketing proposal put forward by our assistant manager.

B: 之后是会议目标。这次会议是为了审查助理经理提交的营销方案。

A: That will probably be a milestone for our department.

A: 那可能会是我们部门的一个里程碑。
