10月10日，2018全国大众创业万众创新活动周成都主会场地方特色活动——“创响中国”天府新区军民融合创新创业专场活动在天府新区新经济产业园举行。“人造月亮”卫星项目无疑在现场非常吸引眼球。“这个创意是在天府新区萌生的，目前技术上已经成熟。”成都航天科工微电子系统研究院有限公司董事长武春风在接受记者采访时畅想，在2020年，这颗“人造月亮”将从四川西昌卫星发射中心升空，照亮夜空。
