The Role

Tesla Beijing is currently seeking a Sr Revenue Accountant for our APAC Revenue Team

职责描述

Responsibilities

-Understand US GAAP Revenue recognition policy and variance between the upstream IT system which can support the billing and revenue recognition.

-Maintain accurate P&L and BS on Revenue, defer revenue as well as AR and customer deposit.

-Ensure monthly revenue closing completion on time with data accuracy.

-Focus on daily revenue booking/reconciliation/defer revenue and monthly revenue movement analysis.

-Standardize Order to cash Business process for new markets.

-Support Financial process improvement through ERP system implementation, further improvement and Business Processes enhancement.

-Utilize information systems and Business Intelligence to provide essential analysis on ASP, DSO, GP, defer revenue reasonableness analysis etc.

-Assist with preparing the cycle review analysis for OTC cycle.

-Optimize and formulate with standard template for above analysis and cycle review files and improve the data accuracy and the efficiency on reporting preparation.

-Assist Operations in implementing, maintaining and monitoring proper Revenue recognition controls.

-Satisfy all local, group, audit, accounting standard, tax reporting requirements.

-Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business requirement.

任职要求

Requirements:

+3 years Finance experience, Solid accounting technics. CPA is preferred.

+3 years revenue&cost accounting experience is preferred.

Automotive industry and financing lease experience is preferred.

Good English Communication.

Self-starter, think ahead, and result driven.

Experience managing system improvement, coordinate with IT and business team is preferred.

Dynamics AX system implementation or upgrading experience is preferred.

Top universities major in accounting is preferred.

As Tesla China has been growing rapidly, this accountant/senior accountant can support diversified financial practices resulting from rapid business growth, also not same as traditional accounting, this role need to help other business stakeholders addressing problems and analyzing data, to be more closely with the business itself. In the meanwhile, need to work closely with global team to quickly solve issues.

-Work closely with external vendors/internal partners.

-Coordinate with business requesters and give reasonable solutions time wisely.

-Understand the company ERP system, participate in ERP system optimization program.

-Figure out essential financial impact with business acumen.

-Prepare the weekly/monthly reports and other reports required by supervisors

-Comply with accounting and reporting guidelines. Comply with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations.

-Ad hoc tasks or projects allocated by supervisor.

任职要求

REQUIREMENTS

MUST

0-3  years of professional accounting experience, Big Four Audit experience or Inhouse finance  experience preferred.

Global support experience/exposure; Good command of working English.

Bachelor or above degree, ACCA or CPA in training preferred.

Ability to analyze financial data.

PREFERRED

Proficient with MS Office applications with in-depth knowledge of MS Excel and other applications.

A good team player who is also pro-active, meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Fast learner with strong communication skills.
