男人可以有很多面相，女人却每每千篇一律。
《一个有着漂亮眼睛的男人》摘取自德裔美国醉汉、酒鬼、无家可归者兼诗人查理·补考斯基（1920.8.16～1994.3.9)最后也是最好的诗集《地球诗歌的最后一晚》。
布考斯基酗酒、打架，一生摸爬滚打于泥泞生存中的苦难，但仍被时代周刊以“美国下层阶级桂冠诗人”赞誉之。这首诗可以说是他一生的写照。此诗简单明快有力，通过第三人称的角度，也就是小孩群中的“我”和“我们”，勾勒一个与世俗世界的标准格格不入、却有着一双清澈动人明眸的男人，以及他最终被世俗社会排挤出局的下场。
绘本构思上，因为叙述人是小孩，所以我希望借纸张、树皮和麻布等这些能够传递与“漂亮眼睛的男人”气质相符的材料，去体现孩童纯真不受拘束的自然天性。最终，我选择了水彩融合布艺与手撕拼贴的多种工艺去呈现。
绘本创作时间为2008年，曾经在EPSAA巴黎公立平面设计学院的年度对外校际展览公开展出，即将在五月的深圳2017年国际小凉帽绘本展出。
