Take an opportunity this week to rethink your three to twelve month objectives and goals. Are they still relevant tothe even bigger frameworks? Do you have all the projects associated with them you need? Even regular Weekly Reviews can become too linear and mechanical on the action level, without a visit to your various horizons from time to time.
