2024年2月5日，商务部外国投资管理司司长朱冰在国务院政策例行吹风会上表示，正在研究完善、准备推动出台中央网信办制定的《规范和促进数据跨境流动规定》。
On February 5, 2024, Zhu Bing, Director of the Department of Foreign Investment Administration of the Ministry of Commerce of China, stated at the State Council Policy Briefing that the ministry is actively refining and preparing to officially promulgate the Regulations on Standardizing and Promoting Cross-border Data Flow, formulated by Cyberspace Administration of China.

2024年2月6日，上海市政府印发有关方案，提出在国家数据跨境传输安全管理制度框架下，金融机构可以向境外传输日常经营所需的数据；企业和个人因业务需要可以向境外提供数据。
On February 6, 2024, the Shanghai Municipal Government issued a plan suggesting that under the national framework for the security administration of cross-border data transfers, financial institutions may transfer data overseas as needed for daily operations, and businesses and individuals may also provide data overseas for business purposes.

2024年2月18日，中国电子信息行业联合会发布《数据合规审计 指南》团体标准及《编制说明》。北京大成律师事务所参与编制，其中邓志松、戴健民律师是主要起草人之一。
On February 18, 2024, The China Information Technology Industry Federation released the group standard Data Compliance Audit - Guidelines and its Compilation Instructions. Dacheng also participates in the compilation. Jet Deng and Ken Dai are among the main drafters.
