Your responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement project specific sales & marketing strategies and plans.

Proactively conduct industry research to understand local areas and Liaise with developers and sales consultants to set sales & marketing plan and track project progress.

Launch sales & marketing campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of services.

Analyze data regarding consumer patterns and preference.

Set and manage sales & marketing budgets.

Organizing and controlling sales activities by setting product mix, geographical sales areas and customer service standards.

Interpreting and predicting current and future consumer trends.

Directing merchandising methods and distribution policy by coordinating the work of salespersons or organizing agents and distributors.

Requirements:

Ideally you will have a minimum of 3+ years’experience in sales & marketing manager area
-
Familiar with both Chinese and Australian sales & marketing pattern
-
Long term living experience in China and Australia is preferred
-
Large customer contact in China is essential
-
You have the ability to prioritize work,meet deadlines, and work efficiently under time pressures act on directions given.

You have a proven ability to work autonomously

Ideally but not essentially you have marketing qualifications and/or experience

You have excellent communication skills

Fluent in Mandarin and English

Candidates will ideally have experience in the property industry with demonstrable skills in developing marketing strategy and campaigns. You will have a track record of successfully implementing these plans.
Position 2: Property Manager
Your responsibilities will include:

Manage portfolio of140-200 properties

Tenant and landlord liaison

Routine inspections

Arrears
-
Assisting with the growth of the division

Open for inspections and tenancy applications

Leasing / Lease re-newels

General Administration
-
Conduction outgoing/ ongoing and routine inspections

Organizing maintenance requests and follow-up
Requirements:

RP Office Experience Essential

3-5 year's minimum experience managing a portfolio

Current Registration Certificate

Thorough understanding of The Residential Tenancies Act

Position 3: Project Development Manager
Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying and securing development opportunities
-
Initiating, managing and completing property development projects in accordance with company strategies
-
Negotiating with Councils and other authority to ensure project achieve necessary approvals
-
Negotiating prices for the purchase and sale of land and establishing base prices for publicly owned land
-
Working with the sales and marketing team to formulate strategies to achieve sales targets
-
Dealing with council and other authority to get DA approval deliverable as schedule
-
Working with lawyers, agents and other professionals to draft contracts
-
Developing acquisition strategies
-
Conduct site pre-acquisition due diligence study

Developing a network of real estate contacts
Requirements:

Australian Registered Migration Agent.

Ideally you have a minimum 2 years’experience in processing Business Visa and Employer Nomination Scheme Visa.
