... after available background [...information] shows that the dumping margins for each of the investigatedcompanies that cooperated with the investigation were found to be below theminimum margin of 2% established, while for the non-cooperating companies itwas determined that they are responsible for negligible imports, as togetherthey represent less than 3% of total entries,” the commission notes.
