总台央视记者：秘鲁政府高官日前表示，当前世界单边主义和保护主义抬头，经济全球化面临挑战。中国积极引领亚太经合组织（APEC）发展，是国际合作的重要倡导者、推动者、参与者。还有很多国家的政要和学者表示，亚太经济体应推动构建开放包容的世界经济，防止世界陷入分裂。中方对此有何评论？APEC领导人非正式会议即将举行，中方如何看待亚太高质量发展和经济一体化前景？

CCTV: A senior official of the Peruvian government said that in a world where economic globalization faces challenges from rising unilateralism and protectionism, China has played a leading role in the development of APEC, and become an important advocate, champion and participant of international cooperation. Political leaders and scholars of many countries also said that economies in the Asia-Pacific should promote the building of an open and inclusive world economy and prevent the world from falling into division. Do you have any comment on this? As the APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting approaches, how does China view the prospects for high-quality development and economic integration in the Asia-Pacific?

林剑：亚太是全球经济最具活力的地区，也是世界经济增长的重要引擎。亚太地区人口占世界的三分之一，经济在全球占比超过六成，贸易占比近一半。根据国际货币基金组织测算，今年亚太经济增长率有望达到4.2%，远高于2.9%的全球经济增长率。

Lin Jian: The Asia-Pacific is the most dynamic region and a vital engine driving global economic growth. The Asia-Pacific region accounts for one third of the world’s population, over 60 percent of the global economy and nearly half of global trade. According to the IMF, economic growth in the Asia-Pacific region is projected to reach 4.2 percent in 2024, higher than the expected global growth rate of 2.9 percent.

中国是亚太区域合作的动力源和推进器。中国是13个APEC经济体最大贸易伙伴，对亚太经济增长贡献率达64.2%，带动地区37.6%的货物贸易增长和44.6%的服务贸易增长。我们积极推动建设中国—东盟自贸区，高质量实施《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》和共建“一带一路”，申请加入《全面与进步跨太平洋伙伴关系协定》和《数字经济伙伴关系协定》，推动亚太开放合作。

China is an engine and propeller for regional cooperation in the Asia-Pacific. It is the largest trading partner of 13 APEC economies, and contributes 64.2 percent of the region’s economic growth, 37.6 percent of the growth in goods trade and 44.6 percent of the growth in services trade. We have actively advanced the building of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, the high-quality implementation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) and Belt and Road cooperation, applied to join the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) and the Digital Economy Partnership Agreement, and promoted opening up and cooperation in the Asia-Pacific.

正是地区国家顺应和平发展时代潮流，反对集团对抗和零和博弈，亚太才能创造举世瞩目的“亚太奇迹”，成为全球发展稳定之锚。这一成果来之不易，值得各方倍加珍惜。中方愿以APEC第三十一次领导人非正式会议为契机，继续坚持真正的多边主义和开放的区域主义，以高质量发展和高水平对外开放为亚太伙伴创造更多机遇，携手构建开放包容、创新增长、互联互通、合作共赢的亚太命运共同体。

It is because of the endeavor of countries in this region to follow the prevailing trend of peaceful development and stand against bloc confrontation and zero-sum game that the Asia-Pacific has been able to create the remarkable “Asia-Pacific Miracle” and become an anchor for global development and stability. This hard-won outcome should thus be all the more cherished. Taking the 31st APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting as an opportunity, China stands ready to remain committed to upholding true multilateralism and open regionalism, create more opportunities for Asia-Pacific partners with high-quality development and high-standard opening up, and work with others to build an Asia-Pacific community with a shared future featuring openness and inclusiveness, innovative growth, connectivity, and win-win cooperation.

路透社记者：在珠海发生的驾车冲撞行人案件造成35人死亡、43人受伤，引发全球关注。近期中国多个城市发生了一系列备受关注的暴力袭击事件。外交部是否担心这些事件会影响中国对外国投资者及游客的吸引力？

Reuters: An attack in Zhuhai that killed 35 people and injured 43 others has become a global news story. This attack follows a spate of recent high-profile violent attacks in Chinese cities. Is the Foreign Ministry worried that these events will impact on China’s attractiveness to foreign investors and tourists?

林剑：关于你提到的案件，有关部门已经发布了警情通报。据了解，目前该案中并无外国公民伤亡。我要指出的是，中国是世界上最安全、刑事犯罪率最低的国家之一。中国政府一直并将继续采取有效措施，全力保障人民群众生命安全和社会稳定，也将一如既往切实保护所有在华外国人安全，为中外企业提供市场化、法治化、国际化的营商环境。

Lin Jian: On the case you mentioned, competent authorities have released police statements. It is learned so far that no foreign national was injured or killed in this incident. Let me point out that China is one of the safest countries with the lowest crime rate in the world. The Chinese government has always taken and will continue to take effective measures to fully protect people’s safety and uphold social stability. We will also, as always, effectively protect the safety of all foreign nationals in China and provide a market-oriented, law-based and world-class environment for Chinese and foreign businesses.

中阿卫视记者：昨日，沙特王储警告以色列不要袭击伊朗，谴责以色列在加沙的行动是屠杀。自从去年中国促成沙特和伊朗恢复外交关系，我们看到了沙特和伊朗关系越来越好。中方对沙特和伊朗现在的关系有何评论？

China-Arab TV: Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince yesterday warned Israel against attacking Iran, denouncing its actions in Gaza as a massacre. Since China brokered the restoration of diplomatic relations between Saudi Arabia and Iran last year, we have seen the relationship between the two countries getting better and better. What is China’s comment on the current relations between Saudi Arabia and Iran? 

林剑：沙特和伊朗实现历史性和解一年多来，双方关系不断取得积极进展，中方对此表示欢迎，也对沙伊为此付出的努力表示赞赏。近期，沙伊在各个层面展开良好互动，不但巩固了沙伊和解势头，也为促进地区和平稳定作出重要贡献。中方将一如既往支持沙伊相向而行、增进互信，实现持久睦邻友好。

Lin Jian: Over the past one year and more since the historic reconciliation, the relations between Saudi Arabia and Iran have continued to make progress. China welcomes it and commends the efforts made by both countries in this regard. The recent sound interactions between Saudi Arabia and Iran at various levels have consolidated the momentum of their reconciliation, and contributed to regional peace and stability. China will, as always, support both countries in working together to enhance mutual trust and achieve lasting good-neighborliness and friendship.

澎湃新闻记者：昨天发言人介绍了本届进博会的有关情况。我们也注意到，在本届进博会上，秘鲁羊驼玩偶成为大家关注的热点之一，得到了“温暖驼”的美誉。秘鲁手工艺人马马尼在接受采访时表示，中国已成为他和乡亲们的福地，让他们有了更多收入，生活蒸蒸日上，请问发言人对此有何评论？

The Paper: At this year’s China International Import Expo (CIIE) which you touched upon yesterday, we noted that Peruvian alpaca toys became one of the hot items and were lovingly called “warmpaca.” Peruvian craftsman Oswaldo Mamani said in an interview that China is a blessing for himself and his fellow villagers because the country enabled them to earn more income and live a better life. What’s your comment?

林剑：我们也听说了秘鲁手工艺人马马尼的故事。软萌可爱的羊驼制品吸引了一大批中国消费者，是进博会名副其实的“人气王”。据了解，原来他经营的手工作坊只有一层，一年仅能卖出百余只羊驼制品，现在作坊不仅扩建到三层，还带动几百位手工艺人发家致富。正如他们所说，“远在地球另一端”的中国彻底改变了他们的生活。

Lin Jian: We also heard about the story of Peruvian craftsman Oswaldo Mamani. The cute alpaca wool products enchanted many Chinese consumers and are indeed a best seller at the CIIE. Mamani once only had a one-story workshop with annual sales of a little over 100 items. Now the workshop occupies three stories and hundreds of craftsmen joined him to earn more income. As they said, China, the country “on the other side of the world,” completely changed their life.

中国在同拉美国家开展合作时，始终优先考虑重大民生项目，像“温暖驼”这样令人振奋又感动的例子还有很多。比如贯穿巴西南北的“电力高速路”美丽山特高压直流输电工程，不仅为工业重镇提供充足电能，还解决了2200多万巴西人电力短缺问题。中国还在拉美实施了很多“小而美”的民生项目，比如中国援建哥斯达黎加两个城市的供水项目，让当地近4万居民喝上了放心水，激活了当地因水污染停滞多年的经济。

China and Latin America have all along prioritized major livelihood projects in their cooperation. The list of uplifting and touching stories such as “warmpaca” goes on and on. The Belo Monte UHV transmission project which creates an “electricity expressway” linking north and south of Brazil has not only provided adequate power to industrial hubs there but also solved the power shortage problem for over 22 million Brazilians. China also implemented a good number of small and beautiful livelihood projects in Latin America. For example, China-aided water supply projects in two cities of Costa Rica have given nearly 40 thousand local people access to safe drinking water, and jumpstarted the local economy that was stymied for years due to water pollution.

中方将秉持真实亲诚理念和正确义利观，着眼中拉关系的“惠民”属性，继续加强同拉美国家团结合作，不断提高双方人民的获得感和幸福感。

China will follow the principle of sincerity, real results, affinity and good faith and the principle of pursuing greater good and shared interests, focus on people’s livelihood, the overarching priority in its relations with Latin America, continue to enhance solidarity and cooperation with Latin American countries, and deliver a stronger sense of fulfillment and happiness to the peoples of both sides.

法新社记者：太平洋岛国帕劳总统惠普斯称，中方派科考船进入帕劳专属经济区是对帕方主权的侵犯，且无视帕方反对。外交部对此有何评论？

AFP: Palau President Surangel Whipps Jr. has called the presence of Chinese research vessels in its economic zone a violation of its sovereignty, saying it has raised flags, but China keeps sending these vessels. So does China have any comment?

林剑：我不了解你提到的有关情况。我要指出的是，中国是负责任国家，一贯依法依规开展远洋渔业和海洋科学研究活动。

Lin Jian: I am not aware of the situation you mentioned. Let me stress that China is a responsible country and has been carrying out offshore fishing and marine scientific research activities in accordance with laws and regulations.

中阿卫视记者：今天早上，胡塞武装发言人叶海亚发表声明，称胡塞武装在红海袭击了美国的航空母舰，因为美国不断侵略也门领土。中方如何评价美国不断侵犯中东国家领土？

China-Arab TV: Houthi spokesperson Yahya Sarea said in a statement this morning that the Houthis attacked a US aircraft carrier in the Red Sea as a response to the US’s continuous invasion of Yemen’s territory. How do you comment on the US’s continuous invasion of territories of Middle East countries?

林剑：红海水域是重要的国际货物和能源贸易通道，各方应依法共同维护红海水域航道安全，同时切实尊重包括也门在内红海沿岸国家的主权和领土完整。红海局势紧张是加沙冲突外溢的突出表现，当务之急是国际社会应共同努力，特别是大国应该发挥建设性作用，推动全面落实联合国安理会有关决议，立即停火止战。

Lin Jian: The Red Sea has vital international trade routes for goods and energy going through it. Parties should jointly safeguard the security of sea lanes in the Red Sea in accordance with the law, and earnestly respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of littoral states including Yemen. The tension in the Red Sea is a prominent manifestation of the spillover of the Gaza conflict. It is now imperative for the international community to make joint efforts. Major countries in particular should play a constructive role, fully implement the relevant resolutions of the UN Security Council and immediately stop the fighting.
