《Mama》 采用了辣妹合唱团惯用的轻松舞曲的曲风，这首歌也是完全唱给妈妈的一首歌，表达的是年轻时候对于妈妈的话总是感到厌倦，但当成熟之后才知道那时候妈妈的话全是爱，那么长大的我们能给予妈妈的也只有爱。尽管很轻松，但是听众还是可以从中听出了对于母亲牵肠挂肚的爱。
