In this first course we will introduce the
basics of getting started with your business
in China. This information includes everything
between registering your business at the
Industry & Commerce Bureau, setting up your
bank your, registering with proper tax authorities,
and so on.
We will also go into the need-to-know culture
differences regarding business practices and
government relations to keep you and your
company always one step ahead of the game.
Management Overview

During our management course on
Accounting, Taxes, and Human
Resources we will dive deep into the
complexities of the operation side of
your business. Knowing how to manage
and keep track of your accounting, taxes,
and employee / team management

lots of it. For niHUB's official investment
course we go into detail on raising startup
funding in China. This course is tailor-made
for foreign startups and companies looking
to scale in the Chinese market.
During the course we will discuss and outline
the entire process of securing funding for
your company, how to determine and set
your company valuation, and help design &
structure your company's pitch deck to
show to investors in hopes that they support
your China dream.
Pitch Day!
The official niHUB Pitch Day is held on a
quarterly basis (every three months) and
will be a 100% FREE event for all the
participants who take part in the full CEO
Training program! Here you'll be invited
to pitch your project in front of real investors
selected from our network.
This will give you the chance to experience
first hand what it's like to show off your
company and business to Chinese investors,
as well as get detailed and useful feedback
and maybe a connection to raise investment!
Don't have a project ready for investment?
No problem! You can still come and join the
event to see how other projects present
themselves to investors and perhaps even
gain valuable connections through networking
with our community!
