Delving into Consulting: A
Deep Dive into Deloitte with Guanghua's Future Leaders
Last week, we wrapped up our Career
Development Practice Course with a company visit to Deloitte! Our students had
the unique opportunity to explore the company through a comprehensive
introduction and tour at its Beijing office, and an interactive mock case
interview session.
The curtains have closed on
the Career Development Practice Course for the "Future Leaders"
program at Guanghua School of Management, with a finale that took students into
the heart of Deloitte, a global leader in consulting services. This visit
served as the capstone experience, rounding off a semester filled with
immersive learning and practical industry exposure.
The Career Development
Practice Course, spearheaded by the Guanghua Career Development Center, has
consistently taken education beyond the traditional classroom setting. By
conducting sessions within company premises, the course has demonstrated
Guanghua's dedication to offering students tangible industry insights and
career guidance in real-world settings.
A pivotal moment of the
visit was the interactive mock case interview, where students engaged in
intensive 30-minute case discussions and received constructive feedback from experienced
Deloitte consultants who shared their professional insights and improvement
tips.
This visit to Deloitte has
equipped students with a nuanced understanding of the consulting sector and
sharpened their ability to tackle complex business challenges. The practical
experience of a mock case interview will be instrumental in preparing students
