本周的封面是内燃机之死。内燃机这个曾经动力领域的王者地位正在被挑战，电动车正在逐步提升在车辆领域的占有率，乐观估计到2025年其占有率将从目前的1%增长到14%。这样的变化会产生什么样的影响呢，文章说了很多，其中有一点很有意思就是提到了盛产锂的智利会不会成为新时代的沙特阿拉伯，（之前分享的the one device这本书也特意提到了苹果对于锂资源的依赖）。

本周分享的这本书是关于简爱这本名著背后的故事，评论家都有侦探的潜质，都喜欢探究那些名著里面的人和事，比如莎士比亚已经去世400年了，很多人还在研究那个Dark Lady到底是谁，对于简爱一样，很多人首先好奇的是作者的笔名Currer Bell，继而是作者的背景怎么能写出这本关于尊严和爱的著作。夏洛蒂·勃朗特给后人留下关于这本书的线索很少，而本书就是试图还原出当时的状态。
