职位描述:
1、Greet visitors and determine their purpose in visiting, direct them to appropriate staff member.
Manage Meetings, including reserving and coordinating conference rooms, pre-work before meetings, etc;
2、Help maintain office equipments such as paper shredder,binding machine;
3、Manage office supplies, such as stationary, etc;
4、Prepare, submit and make a record for payment requests;
5、Provide general clerical support including word processing, copying, translation, etc;
6、Monitor and keep office clean and tidy
Work with staff on administrative functions as needed.
职位要求:
1、Bachelor degree or equivalent education background in administrative management,English or business management is preferred;
2、Good command of Microsoft Office products including: PPT and Photoshop
Ability to multi-task;
3、Detail oriented and well organized;
4、Ability to work independently and on multi-disciplinary teams;
5、Excellent communication and writing skills are a must.
