大约 1000多年 前，宋朝的大学者王曾说了一句很有格局的话： 平生之志，不在温饱 。温饱是一种现实需求，但是把现实需求当成了一种人生的追求，就很难再有值得期许的未来。 超越现实，才能创造未来。

公元 2017年3月18日， 有一群中国律师，在现实之外，别有追求，不满足于关门自足与自嗨的现状，踏上了超越现实的旅途，希望以交流、以学习、以连接，来塑造更好的法律新世界： 走向未来，未来才来！

3月18日 ， 2017中国-美国律师（哈佛大学）论坛 在位于波士顿的 哈佛大学 医学院 Gordon Hall & 图书馆 内召开。

本次论坛由 中欧法律基金会、世界青年律师论坛 发起， BARN、 法律先生、中迪禾邦资管、法网、AGP、乐法乐商 等机构共同主办，由 上海家化、量品衬衣 主要赞助。

本次论坛 中美律师界精英、法学院教授、行业专家以及企业家 坐而论道，以 “趋势、借鉴、合作” 为主题共同探讨中美法律合作现状和未来，以及跨境投资领域机遇与挑战。这不止是一场法律的交流，也不仅仅是一次中美文化的交融， 更是创造了法律人全新合作与连接的开始。

从 10:00 持续到 18:00 ，整整8个小时，论坛充满了各种兴奋与激动，没有多余的客套，没有无聊的酱油，只有持续不断的思想火花！

对中国律师而言， 在世界第一流的大学里，与世界第一流的同行一起讨论和交流法律问题和律师职业的未来 ，是一件十分兴奋的事情；

对外国律师、法学院教授、行业专家以及企业家而言，有如此多中国精英律师到来，带来很多新的思考，十分难得，也十分兴奋。所以，大家午餐都舍不得耗费太多时间，在茶歇的时候匆匆用披萨解决，机会实在难得，大家都想聊得畅快。
