2024年1月,国际权威法律评级机构钱伯斯(Chambers and Partners)发布了其全球法律指南(Global Practice Guides)系列篇章之 《反腐败指南(2024版)》中国篇 。环球律师事务所受邀撰写此篇章,从监管合规的法律视角出发,对中国反腐败法律框架及相关法律问题、趋势做出了清晰明了的阐述和分析。这是环球律师事务所 连续第四年 受邀就《反腐败指南》之中国篇做独家撰稿。

In January 2024, Chambers and Partners (“Chambers”), the authoritative international legal ranking agency, officially released the Anti-Corruption 2024 - China Chapter of its Global Practice Guides series. Global Law Office was invited to contribute to the guide to give a brief yet clear introduction of the legal framework of anti-corruption in China from the legal perspective of regulatory compliance. This is the fourth consecutive year of Global Law Office being exclusively invited by Chambers to contribute to the Anti-Corruption Guide, China Chapter.


钱伯斯出版的《全球法律指南》中的各个国家(地区)之篇章均由来自钱伯斯排行榜中在相关专业领域领先律所的作者撰写,旨在简明扼要地介绍各司法辖区该专业领域法律和实务上的最新发展和趋势。

The chapters for each country (region) under the Global Practice Guides of Chambers have been written by authors from leading firms in the Chambers rankings of relevant specialist areas, to briefly introduce and highlight the latest development and trend, from legal and practical perspectives, in relevant specialist areas in each jurisdiction.


此次《反腐败指南(2024版)》中国篇由环球律师事务所 周磊 李嘉杰 顾巍巍 朱志平 陈筝妮 撰写,结合了环球合规及风控团队在该领域的丰富经验,对反腐败在中国法律框架下的定义、腐败行为的分类及构成要素等主要维度进行了介绍,也对反腐败在中国的监管范围、合规措施、情况披露、执法概况、趋势及回顾等问题做了详细的解读和阐述,简明扼要,切入重点。此篇章为全球市场及企业提供了一个全面了解中国反腐败监管及合规的视角,为助力企业及个人在中国合法、合规地开展各类经营活动提供了有价值的合规管理指引。

The Anti-Corruption 2024 Guide was initially drafted and edited by legal professionals at Global Law Office, Alan Zhou , Jacky Li , Weiwei Gu , Steven Zhu and Jenny Chen , giving clear introduction to the definition of corruption and anti-corruption under the legal framework of China, as well as classification and constituent elements of corruption, the scope of regulation, defenses and exceptions, penalties, compliance and disclosure, enforcement, and review. The guide will be providing legal and practical guidelines to the global industry to further understand anti-corruption in China, guiding companies and individuals to develop business operations legitimately.

Jacky Li

Jacky Li focuses his practice on the areas of regulatory compliance, internal and government investigations, risk control, competition law and dispute resolution. He is well versed in handling complex compliance investigations/projects in connection with anti-corruption, antitrust, white-collar crime, data and cybersecurity, assisting multinational and Chinese state-owned enterprises in identifying potential wrongdoers, assessing parameters of legal liability, and interacting with multi-jurisdiction government authorities. Jacky  Li is a certified fraud examiner of the US ACFE, a certified expert of the UK Law Reviews Expert Panel, and a standing member of the Shanghai Bar Association Law and Compliance Committee.

Weiwei Gu

Weiwei Gu’s main practice areas include dispute resolution, compliance, antitrust and employment. Weiwei Gu has dealt with hundreds of cases in the area of commercial dispute resolution. He assists both multinational enterprises and major Chinese enterprises, such as the IFC, Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered, BNP, UBSS and CDB Capital. Weiwei Gu has rich experience in government investigations, particularly regarding anti-corruption and antitrust matters. He also advises his clients on regulatory matters such as conducting internal investigations and developing risk-control procedures. He has particular experience in labour and employment law.
