Through performancemanagement, employee engagement activates, identify and provide effectivelearning and development interventions to help Manager and Leadershipdevelopment in the organization.
工作职责:
l
Global Training and Org Development program rollout to region tomeet the local needs
l
Performance Management cycle management, as performanceconsultant beable to provide solution to enhance Manager’s ability.
l
Employee Engagement enhancement through tailor-made workshops with BU
l
Responsible for Manager’s competency implementation
l
Workforce Development Program
l
Leadership development program - First Time Manager,Leadership Plus etc.
l
Responsible for delivering training courses
任职资格及要求:
l
Education
ü
Bachelor's Degree or above, certified Trainer qualification.
l
Knowledge
ü
Training foundations, TNA, Course Design, Training Evaluation
ü
Project management
l
Experiences
ü
At least 8 years of working experience in HR/L&D
ü
Course design, development project design experience is preferred
ü
Experienced Trainer
l
Competencies & Soft Skill
ü
Excellent English speaking, reading and writing capabilities
ü
Execution ability, good at project management to ensure implementation ofprograms
ü
Good problem solving, analytical skills, detail-orientated
ü
Communication be independent and confident with various parties frominternal and external, local and international
ü
Be creative and think strategically
