长聘制岗位面向在其他高校或科研机构工作的具有副教授以上职称的教师或科研人员，应具有《东北财经大学职称评审管理办法》各级别职务规定的任职条件中应达到的学术水平；预聘制岗位面向没有副高级以上职称的优秀博士，设置A、B、C三类优博岗位，年龄一般应该在35周岁（含）以下。
其中，A类岗位需已取得发表在外文TOP期刊、具有重要学术影响的标志性研究成果，经同行专家评审，具有达到 A 类岗位考核要求的潜质；
B类岗位需已取得发表在中文TOP期刊或外文A类期刊、具有一定学术影响的标志性研究成果，经同行专家评审，具有达到 B 类岗位考核要求的潜质；
C类岗位需已取得发表在中文A类期刊或外文B类期刊的高水平研究成果，经同行专家评审，具有达到 C 类岗位考核要求的潜质。
国内顶尖大学或在国（境）外毕业的应聘人员如果有高水平的外文工作论文，并且已经进入符合上述岗位要求的期刊的审核程序，评审意见积极正面，经同行专家评议具有较大的发表可能性，视同满足该岗位条件。
(I) Specific standards for full-time recruitment of outstanding talents
The permanent appointment system is open to teachers or researchers with associate professor titles or above who are working in other universities or scientific research institutions. They should have the academic level that should be achieved in the post conditions stipulated in the Measures of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics on the Evaluation and Management of Professional Titles. The pre-appointment system is open to outstanding doctoral candidates without associate senior title or above, with A, B, and C categories of outstanding doctoral positions, who are generally under the age of 35 (including). Among them:
Class A positions: Applicants should have achieved landmark research results published in foreign TOP journals with important academic impact, have been reviewed by peer experts, and have the potential to meet the assessment requirements of Class A positions;
Class B positions: Applicants should have achieved landmark research results published in Chinese TOP journals or foreign A-class journals, have been reviewed by peer experts, and have the potential to meet the assessment requirements of Class B positions;
Class C positions: Applicants should have high level research results published in A-class journals in Chinese or B-class journals in foreign languages, have been reviewed by peer experts, and have the potential to meet the requirements for Class C positions.
Candidates from top universities in China or abroad who have high-level foreign language working papers, and have entered the review process of the journals that meet the requirements of the above post, the review opinions are positive, and the peer expert review has a greater possibility of publication, shall be deemed to meet the requirements of the post.
