• Develop and implement fully integrated PR/communications plans in numerous markets across GCR– from strategy to tactics to execution

• Identify, leverage and prioritize opportunities to provide value that garners exposure in the business,  technology, marketing, advertising and mobile industries – and beyond

• Work with regional managers to align PR initiatives with their social media activities and organic campaigns

• Articulate and scale AppsFlyer’s thought leadership, defining issues and topics for engagement through bylines, speaking opportunities, rapid-response, media interviews, announcements, events, awards, white papers, digital interactions, co-marketing initiatives, etc.

• Manage agencies and POCs throughout GCR, ensuring positioning and messages are conveyed effectively and consistently across various markets and channels, while constantly measuring results and optimizing for success

• Cultivate relationships with partners, customers and 3rd parties in order to leverage joint PR/marketing efforts and grow the AppsFlyer community base

• Partner across the organization to employ communication strategies that align with key regional and global objectives (product launches, educational content & research reports on industry topics, conveying customer success stories, etc.) and strengthens the company’s overall narrative while maximizing impact on the AppsFlyer brand and business
  

• Constantly evaluate, prioritize and optimize opportunities as they arise

• 5+ years experience creating and executing integrated PR / communications strategy & plans across regional markets for a startup or high-tech company, with at least 2 years of in house experience

• Experience in integrating and helping manage social media strategies for a B2B company

• Track record of prominent press placements, existing relationships with top technology, business and industry trade reporters, savvy at both media and influencer relations (traditional, social, digital)

• Exceptional skills in writing, editing, issues management and providing spokesperson support

• Strong story development skills, with an eye for detail and ability to drive stories with compelling visuals and messaging

• Expertise managing agencies and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive terrific results, ensuring messages are conveyed effectively and consistently across channels

• Understanding of market trends and how to turn data into compelling stories, messages and campaigns

• Native Chinese speaker and advanced proficiency in written and spoken English

• PR agency experience

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field

• Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member

• Translating marketing and technical content in Chinese according to the market’s needs

• Localize blog posts, knowledge base, landing pages, newsletters, brochures and an array of marketing collateral on new products and features

• QA, review and proofread translate material in Chinese

• Work closely with relevant business units, product managers, developers and other team members across the company to ensure that all AppsFlyer marketing collateral on features and products are seamlessly delivered within set deadlines

• A native Chinese speaker with at least 1 year of professional writing experience, including marketing, technical, media and/or product writing

• Native or advanced proficiency in spoken and written English

• Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling and punctuation errors

• Ability to manage several projects at the same time in a very fast paced environment with tight deadlines, detailed oriented

• Great team player with excellent communication and organizational skills

• Understanding of both Chinese and American business practices

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Creative Writing, Communication, Journalism or a related field

• Experience with marketing and technical writing

• Previous experience with one of the following tools: Smartling, Wordpress, Hubspot

• Ability to manage clients’ accounts on all levels: technical, business, support, and product

• Work with clients directly

• Take end-to-end ownership of customer technical issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause, and issue resolution and communication.

• Serve as point of contact on customer escalations and ensure customer issues are resolved meticulously.

• Work with AppsFlyer’s R&D and product teams on escalations and product enhancement requests.

• Enrich our client Knowledge Base with relevant technical information.

• Create and lead support improvement processes across the company.

• Provide product feedback and insights to the business and R&D teams.

• Manage various internal projects, such as: training, ensuring support readiness for new feature releases, etc.

• Being a technical advocate for select VIP customers, working closely with the customer success and business teams.

• Passion for solving customer issues in a fast paced environment

• 5+ years of experience with technical support / QA / data      analysis/ development/ technical account management

• Experience in SQL querying and managing data

• Fluent in English

• Structured and process-oriented

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly

• Multitasking and ability to work independently

• Web / mobile marketing and digital advertising experience

• Background in web/ SDK/ Mobile development or QA
