主持和参与了863计划、973计划、支撑计划、重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、中荷国际等近10项研究课题,提出的基于反应器流场和细胞生理相结合的发酵过程优化放大方法在国内多家生物制造企业获得成功应用,曾获国家科技进步二等奖1项、上海市科技进步一等奖1项、中国轻工业联合会科技进步二等奖1项,在Cell, Nature Communications, Biotech. & Bioeng, Trends in Biotechnology等期刊发表研究论文30余篇,授权专利3项。
