国务院总理李强将于2月14日出席哈尔滨第九届亚洲冬季运动会闭幕式，并为来华出席闭幕式的外国领导人举行欢迎宴会和双边活动。

Premier of the State Council Li Qiang will attend the Closing Ceremony of the Ninth Asian Winter Games in Harbin on February 14, and hold a welcoming banquet and bilateral events for foreign leaders attending the Closing Ceremony.

总台央视记者：近日，全球多家金融机构发布的2025年经济展望报告认为，中国高质量发展正逐步显现成效，消费和服务业占比有望进一步提升。在刚刚过去的春节假期，中国消费相关行业日均销售收入同比增长10.8%，其中商品消费和服务消费同比分别增长9.9%和12.3%、跨境游整体订单同比增长三成。花旗集团在一份报告中指出“中国蛇年开局良好”。请问发言人有何评论？

CCTV: Recently, many global financial institutions indicated in their 2025 economic outlooks that China’s high-quality development is gradually yielding fruits, and they expect higher proportions for consumption and the service sector. During the recent Spring Festival holiday, the average daily sales revenue of China’s consumption-related industries increased by 10.8 percent year-on-year, in which goods consumption and service consumption grew by 9.9 percent and 12.3 percent year-on-year respectively and the overall orders for cross-border travel saw a 30-percent growth year-on-year. Citigroup noted in a report that “China had a solid start to the Year of the Snake.” What’s your comment?

郭嘉昆：蛇年春节，中国消费市场春潮涌动：国潮文化、非遗体验、冰雪经济、消费品以旧换新等热度空前，数码转型、科技赋能催生新的消费业态，中国消费市场正实现从“量”到“质”的变革；“洋年货”供销两旺，中外游客“双向奔赴”，中国超大规模消费市场为各国提供巨大合作机遇。

Guo Jiakun: During the Spring Festival of the Year of the Snake, China witnessed a burgeoning consumption market with record-setting sales revenues in “Guochao,” or trendy merchandise inspired by traditional Chinese culture, intangible cultural heritage experience, ice and snow economy, and consumer goods trade-in programs. New consumption models kept emerging driven by digital transition and technological development. China’s consumption market is going through profound transformation from quantitative growth to qualitative progress. We saw strong supply and demand of imported products for the Spring Festival. More Chinese people went abroad and more foreign travelers visited China. China’s supersized consumption market provides enormous cooperation opportunities for countries around the world.

中国消费市场的红火兴旺反映的不仅是需求的回升，更是各界对中国经济发展信心的提升，折射出中国经济结构持续优化、内生动力显著增强、发展韧性不断加大。随着一揽子增量政策落地见效，中国将以自身高质量发展和高水平对外开放，为全球经济增长注入更强的信心和动力。

The booming and thriving consumption market in China reflects not just the rebound of demand, but also greater confidence of all sectors in the Chinese economy. It speaks to the defining feature of the Chinese economy characterized by continued structural improvement, greater internal driving force and stronger resilience for development. With a package of incremental policies being rolled out and implemented, China will inject stronger confidence and impetus to global economic growth through its high-quality development and high-standard opening up.

东方卫视记者：据了解，库克群岛总理布朗将出席亚冬会闭幕式，中方能否进一步介绍有关情况？

Dragon TV: We’ve learned that Prime Minister Mark Brown of the Cook Islands will attend the Closing Ceremony of the Asian Winter Games. Could you share more details with us?

郭嘉昆：应中方邀请，库克群岛总理布朗于2月10日至16日来华出席哈尔滨亚冬会闭幕式，李强总理将在哈尔滨同他会见。布朗总理一行还分别赴上海、山东参访。

Guo Jiakun: At the invitation of China, Prime Minister Mark Brown of the Cook Islands will attend the Closing Ceremony of the Asian Winter Games in Harbin from February 10 to 16. Premier Li Qiang will meet with him in Harbin. Prime Minister Brown and his delegation visited Shanghai and Shandong.

库克群岛是中国在南太平洋地区的合作伙伴。两国建交以来，始终相互尊重、平等相待、共同发展，2018年双边关系提升为全面战略伙伴关系。双方友好合作有着深厚的民意基础，切实惠及两国人民。中方愿以布朗总理此行为契机，同库方就中库关系深入交换意见，共同推动两国关系不断取得新发展。

The Cook Islands is China’s cooperation partner in the South Pacific. Since the establishment of diplomatic ties, the two countries have respected each other, treated each other as equals, and sought common development. In 2018, our relationship was elevated to comprehensive strategic partnership. Our friendly cooperation is rooted in profound public support and delivers tangibly to the two peoples. Through Prime Minister Brown’s visit, China stands ready to have an in-depth exchange of views with the Cook Islands on our relations and work for new progress in bilateral relations.

《北京青年报》记者：据了解，蒙古总理奥云额尔登将出席亚冬会闭幕式，中方能否介绍有关情况？

Beijing Youth Daily: We’ve learned that Mongolian Prime Minister Oyun-Erdene Luvsannamsrai will attend the Closing Ceremony of the Asian Winter Games. Can you further brief us on that?

郭嘉昆：应中方邀请，蒙古总理奥云额尔登于2月13日至15日来华出席哈尔滨亚冬会闭幕式，李强总理将在哈尔滨同他会见。

Guo Jiakun: At China’s invitation, Mongolian Prime Minister Oyun-Erdene Luvsannamsrai will attend the Closing Ceremony of the Asian Winter Games in Harbin from February 13 to 15. Premier Li Qiang will meet with the visiting Mongolian Prime Minister in Harbin.

中国和蒙古是山水相连的友好邻邦。当前两国关系保持良好发展势头，双方高层往来密切，友好交流和互利合作持续深化，为两国人民带来福祉。相信奥云额尔登总理此次来华参加有关活动，将进一步深化双方政治互信，充实中蒙全面战略伙伴关系内涵，助力构建两国命运共同体。

China and Mongolia are friendly neighbors connected by mountains and rivers. Our current bilateral relationship maintains a good momentum of development with close high-level interactions, deepening friendly exchanges and mutually beneficial cooperation, and real benefits for the two peoples.
