Position1：Senior Consultant / Consultant
Location：Beijing/Shenzhen
Job Description and Responsibilities
The Senior Consultant has primary responsibility for direct supervision of Consultants in executing project work plans. The Senior Consultant has direct, client-facing engagement responsibilities. Serving as both role model andtrainer, the Senior Consultant demonstrates the attributes of excellent clientservice and assists team members in developing technical and professional competency. The Senior Consultant learns to identify areas of risk andopportunities to improve business processes.
Specific Responsibilities
Execute internal audit project under the supervision of project manager
Perform data analysis to find issues and provide recommendations for resolution
Reviewing, documenting, evaluating and testing controls in a widerange of environments and developing effective solutions
Prepare internal audit report or project closing report formanager review
Apply understanding of Protiviti methodologies and businessprocesses in consulting projects
Develop understanding of project requirements and client’sbusiness
Ensure timely completion of assigned project phases
Develop and maintain effective client relationships
Supervise and train project personnel
Position 2：IT Senior Consultant/Consultant
Location ：Shenzhen
Major Responsibilities
Work as part of the team for IT Consulting projects (includingsystem implementation support, security assessment and design, privacyassessment etc.)
Prepare documents, client proposals and reports
Research for latest IT trends and industry standards
Assist to develop different IT consulting solutions for the client
Analyze client issues and provide IT advices to the clients
Liaise with clients throughout the projects
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information System or relateddiscipline
2-3 years of relevant IT working experience
Work experience in IT consulting firm preferred
Good command of English and Mandarin
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
Occasional travel will be required
