RESPONSIBILITIS 职责描述
1. Identify and sign talented composers, lyricists, singer-songwriters, developing their songwriting talents; maintain great working relationships with existed songwriters and OP companies.
发掘并签约潜力词曲作者,与现有词曲作者和OP公司保持良好的工作关系。
2. Maintain effective and professional control on local deals signed and execution.
维护已签署合约。
3. Work together with service (Admin/Royalty) team to provide professional service to songwriters and OP companies.
与版权版税管理团队合作,为词曲作者和OP公司提供专业支持。
4. Work closely with management and licensing team to exploit the commercial value of local signed catalogue.
与授权团队紧密合作,发掘本地签约词曲作品的商业价值。
5. Lead local A&R team to organize songwriting sessions/camp.
带领本地A&R团队组织词曲创作营。
6. Assist Director, Creative Business A&R to implement regional/ international songwriting collaborations and successfully deliver local songwriters to participate in global song sessions and international projects.
协助A&R总监合作举办地区/国际词曲创作营,并帮助本土作者参加跨区域词曲创作营。

RESPONSIBILITIS 职责描述
1. Lead agency to manage operations across a suite of social media platforms,including UMP & UPM.
带领双微运营商管理环球音乐版权和环球商用音乐社交媒体账号。
2. Assist the team in expanding promotion channels on digital platforms, formulate digital promotion strategies for songwriters and works to push forward the execution, including but not limited to creative events, co-marketing and music solutions.
协助团队拓展数字平台推广渠道,制定环球音乐版权音乐人及曲库的数字推广策略并推进执行,包括但不限于创意事件、联合市场推广、音乐解决方案等。
3. In-depth excavation of music works and libraries, based on the characteristics of the local digital music market and platform attributes, to build libraries in the digital platform promotion network, be able to summarize and analyze the results of the project, and in order to increase the libraries in the platform dissemination penetration rate oriented, proposed optimization and actively explore new opportunities.
深入挖掘音乐作品及曲库,基于本土数字音乐市场特性及平台属性,构建曲库在数字平台的推广网络,能够总结分析项目成果,并以增加曲库在平台传播渗透率为导向,提出优化并积极发掘新的机会点。
4. Build the market penetration plan of UPM in China and cooperate with HQ and B-end partners to implement the plan on the ground.
搭建环球商用音乐品牌在中国的市场渗透规划并配合总部及B端合作伙伴进行落地实施。
5. Support daily cross-departmental collaboration projects and platform operations.
支持日常跨部门协作项目及平台运营。
