monovolume建筑事务所自2003年以来一直致力于建筑和设计领域的试点项目，从城市设计到室内设计和家具。The architecture office monovolume has been working in the sector of architecture and design since 2003 piloting projects that go from urban design to interior design and furnishing.坐落在雄伟的山脉之间的Texelgruppe，俯瞰梅拉诺老城区的新公寓巧妙地融合了Tappeiner长廊的历史魅力和当代生活的现代性。Nestled among the majestic mountains of the Texelgruppe, the new apartments overlooking the old town of Merano blend masterfully with the historic charm of the Tappeiner promenade and the modernity of contemporary living.靠近海滨长廊，三套新公寓提供令人惊叹的河流景色，周围环绕着葡萄园，并欣赏着粉末塔。它的中心是一套四楼的公寓，经过精心装修，注重细节，有望成为一个宁静而有风格的避难所。Located close to the promenade, the three new apartments offer stunning views of the river Passer, surrounded by vineyards and with an admiring gaze towards the Powder Tower. The apartments, designed to meet every need, offer generous and bright spaces: a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, designed for unparalleled comfort.一个新的开放式楼梯将第三层和第四层连接到阁楼，在房间和各种公寓单元之间创造了流畅的和谐。但真正的魔力在于全景露台，真正的宁静绿洲俯瞰着令人惊叹的景观。A new open staircase connects the third fourth floor to the attic, creating a fluid harmony between the rooms and various apartment units. With a sheet metal roof and large windows that embrace the landscape, this project embodies the very essence of Merano: a harmonious blend of architecture and nature, history and modernity.
