汉坤律师事务所非常高兴地宣布，近日陈湘林律师加盟本所担任合伙人。陈律师将主要在汉坤北京办公室工作。
Han Kun Law Offices is pleased to announce that Mr. Xianglin Chen has joined the firm as a partner. Mr. Chen works primarily in the firm’s Beijing office.
陈律师专注于国际商事仲裁和跨境商事争议解决，在处理公司控制权纠纷、产品质量纠纷、技术研发合同纠纷、房地产和建设工程纠纷等方面有十分丰富的经验。在加入汉坤之前，陈湘林律师曾在其他一线中国律师事务所工作多年。
陈律师研究生毕业于北京大学法学院取得法学硕士学位，后赴美国就读于哈佛大学法学院并取得
LL.M.学位。
Mr. Chen focuses his practice on international commercial arbitration and cross border commercial dispute resolution. He has significant experience resolving corporate governance disputes, product quality disputes, technology development agreement disputes, and real estate and construction project disputes. Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Chen worked for many years at another leading law firm in China.
Mr. Chen graduated
from Harvard Law School with a LL.M. degree and from
Peking University with a Master of Laws degree.
陈律师代表中国客户处理在新加坡国际仲裁中心（SIAC）、香港国际仲裁中心（HKIAC）、美国仲裁协会（AAA）的仲裁案件；代表境内外客户在中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（CIETAC）、北京仲裁委员会（BAC）、上海国际仲裁中心（SHIAC）等机构处理大量涉外仲裁案件。同时，陈律师协助外国客户处理了大量在中国各级法院的复杂商事案件。陈律师还就中国的诉讼和仲裁实践发表了诸多作品，并经常给客户作相关演讲和培训。
Mr. Chen has represented Chinese clients before the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC) and American Arbitration Association (AAA); and domestic and foreign clients at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) and Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC). He has also assisted foreign clients in dealing with a large number of complex commercial disputes before Chinese courts at different levels. Mr. Chen has also written articles and is a frequent speaker on topics related to Chinese litigation and arbitration practice.
