What character do nation and enterprise play in food safety supervision？

How do EU countries deal with the outbreak of food safety incidents? Could you please share us some experiences about it?

欧盟国家在食品安全事件爆发后是如何应对的，有什么值得借鉴？

Food safety incidents can have two origins.

They can come from companies that are in checks. The companies that are in checks there will be problems. So they will have to notify the competent authority the products that have already been put on the markets. Or the origin can be people who are intoxicated. When the research alerts investigations are put in place by inspection services to find out what are wrong in the company or to trace off to the company to carry out the investigation to find out there will not be more patients, more people poisonous, and most important, to find out heavy products have gone to another country. If this is the case, some products have been to another European country then the competent authority and national competent authority has got to notify the RASFF system.

RASFF means rapid alerts system for food and feed. This system will centralize the information and this bunch of information in every member states, so that they can organize product code when needed and carry our food investigation if needed.

食品安全事件有两个源头。
