这个月读完的第二本有声书:Own the Day, Own Your Life(搞定一天,搞定一生?),作者是Onnit公司的CEO,一个健康帅气精力无限的帅哥。他也在做播客,同时经营个人健康管理的业务。老婆是空手道黑带,每天平均入睡时间为15秒(!)
说起来特别巧,我之前在YouTube上看埃隆·马斯克的采访,采访他的主持人Joe Rogan,也是这家公司的创始人之一。然后我在Audible上闲逛时,就看到了这本书。
这本书基本的思路就是把每一天都过得最好,你的一生也就拥有最好的状态。用那句特别心灵鸡汤的话说,就是“每一天都遇见最好的自己”。但作者结合了Biohacking,时间和精力管理,营养学,效率,管理等方面,有非常多具体的技巧。从如何从早起开始,到午餐早餐工作运动性爱睡眠,都给出了非常具体的建议。举个例子,作者提出每天早上醒来需要三件唤醒你的元素:水,蓝光,活动。比如水,一杯加了海盐和柠檬的水,可以快速让你唤醒。我试了两天,非常管用。
