岗位职责
-
Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance Web3 backend services,including but not limited to on-chain transaction bots, liquidation, arbitrage, and hedging.

Contribute to the construction of risk control systems, responsible for designing and developing risk control models and warning mechanisms to ensure fund security.

Responsible for designing and developing Subgraph blockchain data indexes, as well as building local centralized databases, to provide data support for product decision-making.
-
Take charge of the architectural design and development of new products and SDKversions, collaborate with frontend developers and product managers, lead codedevelopment testing, and actively drive product launches.

Participate in the development and construction of underlying blockchain libraries,providing stable, consistent, and efficient interaction interfaces for upper-layer applications.
-
Responsible for third-party data platforms integration, designing stable, efficient, and secure API interface services.
岗位要求

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer science or a related engineering field,with at least 3 years of backend or Web3-related experience.
-
Proficiency in Web3 technology stack: ethers.js, hardhat, foundry, etc., with in-depth interaction with smart contracts.

Mastery of at least one programming language among TypeScript (NodeJS), Golang, Java, Python, or Rust.

Familiarity with Docker container and experience in development and deployment based on cloud services (AWS/Google Cloud/Azure).

Familiar with distributed system and database design, with experience in designing and developing large-scale high-concurrency systems.

Proficient in B/S architecture for web services and RESTful API design.

Strong business understanding, logical thinking, and the ability to solve complex problems.

Excellent team collaboration and communication skills, with a strong sense of execution and project iteration awareness.

Prior experience with open-source projects, work experience in the DeFi field, and excellent English reading and writing skills are preferred.

Conduct in-depth research: Perform comprehensive research on blockchain technologies, especially in DeFi area and public chain.

Identify use cases: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential use cases and applications of blockchain technology across various sectors such as finance, identity management, voting, and more.

Technology evaluation: Evaluate new blockchain platforms, protocols, and frameworks to assess their feasibility, scalability, and suitability for our organization's needs. Provide recommendations and insights on the adoption of emerging technologies.

PhD in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. A specialization in distributed systems, cryptography, or blockchain technology is preferred. Additionally, in-depth knowledge in the domain of blockchain is highly desirable.

Have a in-depth understanding of blockchain technology, smart contract development, and DeFi protocols.

With backgrounds in mathematics or financial engineering are highly desirable.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in building and deploying production-level Solidity contracts is required. However, this requirement may be flexible for exceptional fresh graduates demonstrating outstanding potential.

Proficiency in Solidity is required, along with expertise in at least one other non-smart-contract language, preferably JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.

Comprehensive knowledge of the Uniswap V2 protocol is essential, while familiarity with Uniswap V3 will be considered a significant advantage.

Stay updated with the latest DeFi technology and industry trends, along with a solid understanding of the economic principles behind mainstream DeFi products.
