Analyst/Associate Internship Program

ADV Partners is a pan-Asia private equity fund with offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Mumbai and Singapore. We are currently looking to hire interns to support Shanghai office. Its sector focus includes industrials, manufacturing, technology, service, retail / consumer, energy / resources, education, agriculture, and other corporate sectors.

The interns will work with seasoned and senior investment professionals and will gain full exposure to the investment deal cycle – sourcing, screening, analysis, diligence and investment. Interns are expected to make significant contributions at ADV Partners, which may include hands-on live deal execution.

Required :

- Able to work for 4-5 days on site per week for minimum 3 months, longer preferred

- Previous experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting and/or accounting firms.

- Strong English and Chinese language skills (both verbal and written) are required.

- Excellent analytical, financial and problem solving skills

- Resourceful, creative, self

-starter, demonstrating lots of initiative

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Hired interns will receive a monthly stipend.
