衣服、包包、鞋子、化妆品……”几乎每天都会收到快递员送来的包裹，在自家的衣柜里，很多衣服标签都没拆，有些只穿过一次就被遗忘在角落里。这其实是一种病态，叫做购物成瘾，又称强迫性购物，病理性购物、强迫性消费、购买癖、购物狂等，常发生于女性。有调查研究，女性购物成瘾和男性的患病率的比例是9:1。神经生物学眼中的购物狂：和酒精、毒品成瘾有着共同的生物学机制，均涉及人类脑内的“愉快中枢”。过度购物时，购物成瘾者会产生某种陶醉感和欣快感，缓解焦虑等不良情绪。普通心理学眼中的购物狂：多数存在怕吃亏和跟风的心理。不少“剁手党”一听到有便宜货就只管买。另一方面，他们还有一种跟风心理，从众购物。在这种情况下,消费者很难真正判断哪些商品是自己真正需要的。

MPs are desperately trying to change this and have announced a number of recommendations, from tax incentives for companies that offer repair services for clothes, to adding a 1p tax on every clothing item sold in the UK to help pay for better clothing collection and recycling.

They are simple recommendations but they could have a huge impact on sustainable fashion and our environment.
