1. Communicate with business departments and managers to understand recruitment needs quickly and accurately;

2. Recruitment of international talents globally, primarily in US;

3. Arrange and coordinate interviews across international timezones;

4. Execute recruitment strategy, select and evaluate candidates matched and source top talents;

5. Assist in recruitment channels, training channels, and employer brand maintenance related work;

6. Conduct data analysis and quantify the recruitment process data, find recruitment problems and solve them in real time.

1. Undergraduates or graduate students, 2020 students or 2021 graduates;

2. Background in HR or related degree preferred;

3. Previous work or intern experience preferred;

4. Proficient in using office software such as MS Office;

5. Guarantee more than 4 working days of internship every week;

6. Active, proactive, patient, down-to-earth, efficient and good at communication;

7. English reading and writing comprehension at working proficiency, oral English at conversational proficiency.
