Responsibilities and duties
1. Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s needs
2. Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
3. Partner with marketing teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
4. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
5. Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news

Qualifications and skills
1. Master’s degree in MBA, Marketing, Advertising or business-related majors.
2. Work or intern experience in related field is preferred
3. Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and industry-specific analysis software
6. Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
7. Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose business plan and marketing plan
