Role description:
• Managing project proposals, time lines, budgets and quality to ensure high customer satisfaction;
• 管理项目计划、时间表、预算以及质量以确保较高的客户满意度;
• Liaising daily with students, letting agencies and contractors, including dealing with questions, complaints and updates;
• 与学生、出租中介以及外包服务团队保持日常沟通与协调,包括解决问题、处理投诉以及信息更新;
• Monitoring and managing contractors end-to-end and report their status.;
• 监督与管理外包服务团队,并汇报相关工作进度;
• Collecting and managing of the relevant property data, producing project reports to reflect status, risk and issues;
收集与管理相关物业数据,撰写项目报告以反映项目状态、风险与问题;
• Management of occupancy rate, operating cost for the relevant properties, and producing tenancy extensions;
• 管理入住率以及相关物业的运营成本,并帮助提高原有租客的续租率;
• Organising property viewings, arranging inventory check in and out reports;
• 组织参观物业,并管理租客的入住与搬出并撰写相关报告;
• Organising quotes for repair / maintenance and overseeing works;
• 为物业设施联系维修/维护团队,确认报价,安排并监督工作;
• Working closely with headquarters’ colleagues
• 与总部保持联系,相互支持、协调工作;
• There will be necessary travel
• 不定时出差;
• Any other duties as reasonably required from time to time.
