冉博礼（Mr. Jean-Marc Poli）先生
我们非常高兴地宣布冉博礼先生被任命为香格里拉集团区域总经理，他将负责北京国贸区域的中国大饭店、北京国贸大酒店、Jen北京新国贸饭店的战略发展及运营管理工作。此外，冉博礼先生将继续负责管理北京香格里拉，自2021年8月以来，他曾一直担任该酒店的总经理。
冉博礼先生对北京非常地熟悉，他于2019年9月加入北京嘉里大酒店。而他的香格里拉之旅则始于2017年7月，那时他曾负责管理深圳福田香格里拉。
在多年丰富的酒店业生涯中，他的行业足迹遍布中国、日本、西班牙、新加坡及缅甸等地。冉博礼先生致力于为宾客们提供细致入微的服务来展现亚洲式的至善盛情。他还致力于培养行业内杰出的管理新秀。
作为一位拥有多元文化背景的酒店管理者，冉博礼先生出生于塞内加尔，父亲是意大利人，母亲是法国人，家庭赋予了他独特的国际视野与跨文化交流的能力。冉博礼先生毕业于瑞士格利昂国际酒店管理学院。
除了对酒店管理的精益求精，冉博礼先生还是一位追求品质的美食家。他喜爱烹饪，尤其享受在北京的街头巷尾探寻地道美食的乐趣。同时，他还是一位热衷于泰拳的体育爱好者。
We are delighted to announce that Jean-Marc Poli will assume the role of Area General Manager, based at the China World Hotel. In this capacity, he will oversee our distinguished, iconic Guo Mao properties, including China World Hotel, Beijing, China World Summit Wing, Beijing and Jen Beijing by Shangri-La. Additionally, Mr. Poli will continue to oversee Shangri-La Beijing, where he has served as General Manager since August 2021.
Mr. Poli is well-acquainted with Beijing, having begun his tenure in the city in September 2019 at the Kerry Hotel, Beijing. His journey with Shangri-La commenced in July 2017 at Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen.
With a wealth of experience from managing top-tier hotels across China, Japan, Spain, Singapore, and Myanmar. Mr Poli focus is on delivering Asian hospitality and memorable experience to Shangri-La guests. Mr. Poli has also developed a strong passion for mentoring and supporting emerging leaders in the hospitality industry.
A true hotelier with a multicultural background—with an Italian father and French mother, born and raised in Senegal—Mr. Poli completed his hospitality studies at the International Centre of Glion in Switzerland.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Poli is a food enthusiast who enjoys cooking and savouring Beijing Street food. He is also a fervent sports lover, with a particular passion for Muay Thai boxing.
庄志皓（Mr. Johnson Zhuang）先生
近日，上海中港汇铂尔曼大酒店正式任命庄志皓先生为总经理一职。履新前，曾任上海静安铂尔曼大酒店总经理。
庄志皓先生从事酒店行业20余年，拥有丰富的市场营销与管理工作经验。在职业生涯中曾服务多个国际酒店集团如万豪集团旗下多家酒店及悦榕庄集团等，在收益管理，市场销售等方面拥有独到的见解。曾先后在上海外滩悦榕庄酒店担任行政助理经理，长白山吉视传媒铂尔曼度假酒店担任总经理，取得了优异的业绩， 得到一致的认可。同时，在2024年5月庄志皓先生以其非凡的领导力与开创精神，荣膺雅高集团授予“企业家精神奖项荣誉”。

Recently, Johnson Zhuang has been appointed as General Manager of Pullman Shanghai Central. Before this, he was the General Manager of Pullman Shanghai Jing An.
With over 20-year working experience in the hospitality industry, he worked in 5-star international hotels in China: Pullman Changbaishan Resort, Banyan Tree on the Bund in Shanghai and Hotels in Marriott Group. Meanwhile, In May 2024, Mr. Johnson Zhuang was awarded Entrepreneurship Award by 2024 Accor Group Greater China, in recognition of his outstanding leadership and innovative drive.

With eighteen years of in-depth management experience in five-star hotels environments, she has rich industry experience and management concepts, especially in sales and marketing. She has worked for Wanda Hotel Management Group and Sunac Group Central China. Her solid operational experience and sales development vision have enabled to overcome difficulties in the rapidly changing resort hotel market. She is keen to discover the real needs and demands from guests. Her pioneering spirit leads the team to strive forward as one team.
