2、提及产品名时用昵称,给人轻松感~于细节处体现你的贴心!
3、说明发件缘由,如:调查“快递员随意丢弃包裹”事件(当然不一定真的存在),让对方感受你如沐春风的售后服务!
4、会哭的小孩有奶吃。自称“smallbusiness,全家指这个吃饭什么的”,让对方深感review对你的重要性,不写会愧对良心,萌生“为你写一个review,胜造七级浮屠”之感~~
5、90%的人在第三封邮件中再次看到“20%优惠券”的字眼,会直接去写review——这一步何其关键!
6、保持礼貌,就算对方最终没有写review,也同样诚挚感谢!
7、邮件要简短!
