中国科学院⼤连化学物理研究所创建于1949年，坐落于美丽的海滨城市⼤连，背⼭⾯海，环境优美，空⽓清新，科研实⼒雄厚，是⼀个基础研究与应⽤研究并重、应⽤研究和技术转化相结合，以任务带学科为主要特⾊的综合性研究所。

Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics (DICP) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences was founded in 1949 and is situated in the scenic coastal city of Dalian, surrounded by lush green hills and overlooking the sea with refreshing environment. DICP is recognized for its strong research capabilities and serves as comprehensive research Institute, prioritizes both fundamental and applied research. It adeptly integrates applied research with technological Industrialization, highlighting its distinctive disciplinary focus.

Introduction to Post-Doctoral Station

中国科学院大连化物所是1985年国务院首批设立博士后科研流动站的单位之一，现有化学和化学工程与技术两个全国优秀博士后科研流动站。目前，研究所在站博士后近325名（数据截止到2024年12月31日，其中外籍19人）。大连化物所非常注重博士后人才的培养，多名博士后在Science、Nature、Angew、JACS等高水平期刊中发表论文。大连化物所积极组织、全力支持在站博士后申报国家自然科学基金委和中国博士后科学基金会各类基金资助计划。

DICP was among the first batch of organizations approved by the State Council to establish Postdoctoral Stations in 1985. DICP has now 2-National Outstanding Postdoctoral Stations：

As of December 31, 2024, there are nearly 325 Postdoctoral Fellows at DICP, including 19 foreigners. DICP attaches great importance on the cultivation of Postdoctoral Talents, and several DICP postdoctoral fellows have published papers in prestigious journals such as Science, Nature, Angew and JACS. DICP actively organizes and fully supports its Postdoctoral Fellows in applying for funding from various programs offered by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation.

近三年，在站博士后获得自然科学基金青年项目和博士后基金会各类项目资助200余项，在站博士后获资助率近60%。大连化物所为吸引海内外优秀博士后设立了优秀博士后支持计划，择优遴选，资助标准为10万-30万/年，资助人数不超过当年入站人数的30%。截止2024年12月，共有128名优秀博士后获得此项资助。获资助者，可同时享受国家、中国科学院、辽宁省、大连市其他有关项目资助。截止2024年12月，在站博士后年收入超过30万元的180余人，占比接近在站博士后总数的50%，其中最高年收入已超过80万元（含国家、省市、研究所项目支持）。

Over the past three years, Postdoctoral Fellows at DICP have secured more than 200 project grants from the NSFC's Youth Program and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. Notably, nearly 60% of the Postdoctoral Fellows at the station have successfully received funding. DICP has Initiated its Outstanding Postdoctoral Support Program to attract Young Talent from both domestic and International communities. This merit-based program offers financial benefits of 100,000 to 300,000 RMB per year, with recipients limited to 30% of the total incoming Postdoctoral Fellows annually. As of December 2024 a total of 128 Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellows had received this sponsorship. Grant recipients can also benefit from support provided by other relevant projects from the State, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Liaoning Province, and Dalian City. As of December 2024, over 180 Postdoctoral Fellows at the station reported an annual income exceeding 300,000 RMB, representing nearly 50% of the total Postdoctoral Fellows. Among them, the highest annual income surpassed 800,000 RMB (0.8 million) which includes support from National, Provincial, Municipal, and DICP level programs.

薪酬待遇

Renumeration

薪酬：综合年薪28万/年起（外籍博士后请咨询人事处），在站博士后平均年收入（税前）33.4万，最高年收入≥80万（根据2024年12月数据统计），注：综合收入包含税前工资、大连市补助、单位缴纳的住房公积金、社会保险等。

Remuneration: Successful applicants will receive a comprehensive annual remuneration starting from 280,000 RMB（Foreign Postdoctoral Fellows please consult the Personnel Department). Currently, Postdoctoral Fellows at the station have an average annual (pre-tax) income of 334,000 RMB, with the highest income reaching ≥ 800,000 RMB (as of December 2024).

Note: The comprehensive remuneration package includes the pre-tax salary, subsidies from Dalian Municipal /Government, the housing provident fund contributed by DICP（housing subsidy for foreigners, and social insurance.

大连市高校毕业生住房补贴：2500元/月，最多发放36个月（要求：博士毕业不超过2年，户口需转到研究所集体户口，在连缴纳社保）。

Housing Subsidy for College Graduates by Dalian Municipal Government: 2500/month RMB, issued for a period of up to 36 months. Requirements: Applicants must have graduated with a Ph.D within the past two years, transferred their registered permanent residence (Hukou) to DICP’s collective household registrar, and paid social security in Dalian).

Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellow Support Program: Exceptional Postdoctoral Fellows will be selected 2-3 times and supported at three different levels: 100,000 RMB per year, 200,000 RMB per year, and 300,000 RMB per year, for a duration of two years.

中国科学院特别研究助理资助项目：30万/年（资助期2年），获得特别研究助理资助项目资助可申请中国科学院专项人才计划。

CAS Special Research Assistant Support Program: 300,000 RMB per year for a duration of two years. Postdoctoral Fellows receiving support from the CAS Special Research Assistant Support Program may also be eligible for the CAS Special Talent Program.

个人发展

Personal Development

在站工作期间，可参加我所岗位聘用（申请副高岗位）；出站博士后可以优先留所工作。

While working at DICP, Postdoctoral Fellows can apply for Associate Research position. Upon completing their Postdoctoral contract, they will receive priority consideration for continued employment at DICP.

在站期间或出站后，符合申报条件的，可申请“大连化物所优秀青年博士人才计划”，择优遴选，可直接聘为副研究员，研究所给予100万元科研启动经费，并提供50万元个人租（购）房补贴。

During or after their Postdoctoral tenure at DICP, qualified Postdoctoral Fellows may apply for the DICP Outstanding Young Doctoral Talent Program, allowing for direct hiring as Associate Professors through a merit-based selection process. Successful candidates will receive a research start-up fund of 1-million RMB and a personal housing rental (or purchase) subsidy of 0.5 million RMB.

在站期间，可申报中国博士后科学基金资助（面上资助标准为8万元、5万元，特别资助标准为18万元。

During their Postdoctoral tenure at DICP, Postdoctoral Fellows may apply for support from the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, which offers general funding of 80,000 RMB, and special funding of 180,000 RMB.

在站期间，符合条件的可申报国家博士后资助项目（国家给予A档每人两年共64万元的资助，其中56万元为博士后生活补贴，8万元为科研资助；B档每人两年36万元博士后生活补贴；C档每人两年24万元博士后生活补贴）。

During their postdoctoral tenure at DICP, qualified Postdoctoral Fellows may apply for support from the National Postdoctoral Support Program：

Category A support offer 640,000 RMB over two years, which includes 560,000 RMB as living subsidy and 80,000 RMB as research subsidy.

Category B support offers 360,000 RMB as living subsidy for two years.

Category C support offers 240,000 RMB as living subsidy for two years.

出站后留所工作，可申请辽宁省“兴辽英才计划”博士后储备项目30万奖励（博士毕业当年，博士毕业学校为全球综合排名TOP200）。

Postdoctoral Fellows who accept formal employment with DICP after completing their Postdoctoral contract may apply for a RMB 300,000 reward from the Postdoctoral Reserve Project of Liaoning Province's Revitalizing Liaoning Talent Program. Applicants’Doctoral degree-awarding institution must be ranked among the top 200 universities globally.

出站后留所工作，符合申领条件者，研究所给予20万元购房补贴；对于具有国内外知名大学授予的理工科博士学位或博士后出站人员，经大连市人才认定，给予30万元安家费。

Qualified Postdoctoral Fellows who accept formal employment with DICP after completing their postdoctoral contract will receive a housing subsidy of 200,000 RMB. Additionally, those holding a doctoral degree will receive a resettlement allowance of 300,000 RMB upon leaving the station, subject to talent certification by Dalian.

出站时可申请“大连化物所国际英才计划”，择优遴选，由研究所提供资助，公派前往国际知名大学、科研机构学习交流。资助金额20万-40万/年，资助期1-3年。

Upon completing their postdoctoral contract, Postdoctoral Fellows may apply for the DICP International Talent Program. DICP conduct merit-based selections to sponsor qualified Postdoctoral Fellows to peruse further research at Internationally renowned Universities and research Institutes, with funding ranging from 200,000 to 400,000 RMB per year for a duration of 1-3 years.
