Clifford Chance是唯一一家在本届中国法律商务大奖中获得奖项的英国律所，其他获奖的国际律所均为美资所，尽管美资所在大中华区的业务范围在过去2年来呈现出显著缩小的趋势。
不过英国律所也有获得一些奖项的提名，比如Freshfields获得了国际组别中竞争法和争议解决领域的提名，而Clifford Chance获得了资本市场领域的提名。另外5家获得提名的国际律所是Baker McKenzie、Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom、Cooley、A&O Shearman和Steptoe。Baker McKenzie在银行及金融、知识产权领域得到了认可；Skadden在并购和TMT领域备受好评，其中并购领域的提名还包括了A&O Shearman；Cooley在私募及风投领域的业务受到了认可，而Steptoe在争议解决领域获得了提名。
国内律所方面，中伦因其在竞争法、知识产权和争议解决领域的成功而获得荣誉提名，竞天公诚在资本市场的建树也广受好评。
