构建人类命运共同体是习近平总书记提出的重大原创性思想，是习近平外交思想的核心理念，是对“建设一个什么样的世界、如何建设这个世界”这一时代课题给出的中国答案，具有宝贵理论价值、重大时代意义和深远世界影响。
新时代以来，习近平总书记在国事访问、多边峰会等国际场合，多次就构建人类命运共同体理念进行深入阐述，推动这一重大理念不断丰富发展。
人类命运共同体理念彰显了中国共产党的初心使命，弘扬了中华文化的优良传统，展现了科学理论的思想伟力，阐明了百年变局的中国主张。目前已有数十个国家和地区同中国一道，建设起不同形式的命运共同体。构建人类命运共同体已多次写入联大决议和多边文件，推动人类社会巨轮驶向和平、安全、繁荣、进步的光明前景。

双方要秉持和平共处五项原则等国际关系基本准则，推动平等有序的世界多极化、普惠包容的经济全球化，维护国际公平正义和发展中国家共同利益，推动构建人类命运共同体。
