• Work as part of a dedicated team focused on specific transactions, products, or market sectors, creating solutions for corporate, private equity and financial institution clients. Teams include Advisory and Investment Banking Coverage, Capital Markets, Real Estate Assets, and Structured Finance
  

• Prepare and review the materials we use when delivering those solutions to clients – including investment memos, management presentations, and pitchbooks

• Gain a better understanding of how different types of financial models are used for mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financing transactions

• Monitor market developments and conduct credit analysis to create internal and external materials

• In HSBC Infrastructure Finance, you’ll gain a better understanding of the types of products and services that we offer our clients across Infrastructure Finance and Export Finance, such as project finance, acquisition finance, export finance lending and / or coordination, debt advisory products. You'll see how the teams work together and with other HSBC coverage or investment banking teams such as M&A, sector teams, debt capital markets, credit risk solutions and others to deliver value-add transactions for our clients. The HSBC Infrastructure Finance team is central in supporting customers on their energy transition and net zero journeys by providing finance and advisory services to accelerate decarbonisation solutions
