这类问题最为常见，主要考察候选人对岗位的理解和兴趣，并判断候选人是否能够胜任该岗位，常见的有3wh
y；

Competency：
这类问题主要考察的就是候选人的个人能力，比如解决问题的能力
、沟通能力、领导力、团队协作能力等等
；

Commercial Awareness：
主要考察候选人是否真的对求职的行业有深刻的了解...
但想
要答好这些问题并不简单，
