职位描述：

1、Handle full set of shipping and I/E documents；
2、Coordinate with overseas office, forwarders, agencies and internal departments for inbound, outbound and local shipment arrangement；
3、 Apply government license if necessary ；
4、 Advice overseas office and internal departments about I/E license requirement；
5、Assist in inventory control matters；
6、 Ensure all reports and documents are properly issued and filed as well as the systems are properly updated；
7、Assist Logistics Manager in improving the Company distribution procedures。

薪资福利：120-150/天

Merchandising

实习地点：上海

职位诱惑：prada。

职位描述：

1、Responsible for running report (use internal application) for Department；
2、Support Department for Excel and PPT consolidation；
3、Support Department admin work, including filing, payment voucher checking/
preparation etc。

任职资格：

1、at least 4 days per week；
2、at least 6 months；
3、good English both written and spoken；
4、Detail Oriented；
5、 Fast learner。

薪资福利：120-150/天

Retail operation

实习地点：上海

职位诱惑：Retail Operations。

职位描述：

1、Handling shop payment；
2、voucher/personal claims/store petty cash/travel claims；

3、Consolidation of weekly traffic reports and monthly traffic reports；

4、Daily sales report；

5、Setup new vendor in the system；

6、Consolidation of other information required from shops。

任职要求：

1.、College or university student；
2、 Be able to working four days per week；
3、 Good English；
4、Good computer knowledge on office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)；
5、Open-minded, and has passion on luxury；

HR Training

职位描述：

1. Meeting room setup, training attendance list, training props preparation, training feedbacks and summary, etc；

2. Competency Model rollout preparation: training props preparation, printings, participants nomination follow up with stores, etc；

3. Training database maintenance and training reports to AP: training summary。

薪资福利：120-150/天
